True Beauty currently ships to New Zealand addresses only. All orders are dispatched from Ōtaki, Wellington.
Because every product is made fresh to order — with active peptide powders added at dispatch — please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared before it ships, depending on your order date and our dispatch schedule. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Fresh-batch formulation is at the heart of what we do. Your products are not sitting on a shelf — they are made specifically for your order to ensure maximum peptide potency.
Dispatch days: Monday – Thursday only. Orders are not dispatched on Fridays. This is intentional — items shipped on a Friday often don’t arrive until after the weekend. By closing dispatch on Thursday, we help ensure your serums reach you fresh and on time.

All New Zealand orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10.00 NZD, regardless of order size or location.
